Nextiva InTalk User Reviews:
Reviewed by: Jianjun Wang On Friday, October 23, 2009 - 7:46amI've used intalk for a whole year and plan to discontinue it now. The business side of inTalk is ok. The value is very good. their online account support is ok but not very user friendly. I'm on the limited service plan and pay for extra minutes beyond 300 min. Three times during the year, I was over-billed due to mistakes by their infrastructure. Customer support was quite responsive in the beginning but more recently became kind of slow and sometimes not very effective. The sound quality is fine but I frequently encountered problems of picking up call. When incoming calls arrive, receiving end can't hear any sound while the dialing side only gets the dialing tone-perceiving no one is there to pick up the call. The worst part of this is the unpredictability - it comes and goes. Very annoying and hard to get inTalk support to understand.
