Haven't seen credit back in 2 months. Each rep. gives the same BS every time that credit is in pending state. Total cheater company.. stay away from them. Also under yearly plan they put lots of extra charges, everymonth also they put more and more taxes, surcharges and what not. After all charges the per month cost is around $22. Everytime for billing the calls go to south Asia (not India for me at least). DO NOT GO WITH LINGO look for other options..

After three months in the service they sent me an email saying that the contract is for 24 months and early cancellation change is $99.00 They sent email just 5 days before the effective date. You call them, the call goes to India. All they repeat the "terms & Conditions". These guys are cheaters
