I went to the Net2Phone website and downloaded their Comm Ctr software, and bought the standard initial credit of $25. First call out of the box, and first fax for that matter fail with a response that my account is disabled. That's a pretty retarded way to setup an account by default. But issues with new customers happen from time to time right? Well, enter the customer support. Its pretty hard to find a phone number for them but if you dig around you can find it. The trouble is that I'm still on hold after calling in and its been over an hour. If this is such a reliable internet enabled calling solution you'd think they could route the call to someplace cheap enough where they could staff enough people in a call center to keep the wait time for new customers under an hour.

Customer service rep was very unprofessional, unwilling ot help, and hung up on me. Vonage customer service is bad but not as bad as net2phone. Use net2phone at your own risk. Once they have your credit card number you are at their mercy. I found out the hard way cancelling your card will not stop then from continuing to charge you.
